The Microfinance Supervisory Authority is composed of a Directorate General and administrative and technical structures.

• Mr. Brahim Ben Ammar, magistrate of third grade: member,
• Mr. Hichem Zouaoui, adviser at the Administrative Court: member,
• Mrs. Sonia Zoghlami, representative of the Ministry of Finance: member,
• Mr. Anis Ben Taarit, representative of the General Insurance Committee: member,
• Mr. Salah Essayel, representative of the National council of accountancy: member,
• Mr. Nabil Felfel, representative of the Central Bank of Tunisia: member,
• Mrs. Houda Ghozi Khelifa, chosen for her experience in the microfinance field: member.
