-The Approval of subsidiarisation of the microfinance activity of the ‘’Association for the Support of Self-Development’’ under an association created for this purpose called ASAD Tamweel. This agreement will come into effect from September 30, 2015.

-It is accompanied by the Withdrawal of the approval of the Minister of Finance granted to the Association for the Support of Self-Development on October 4, 1999 authorizing it to grant microcredits. This withdrawal of approval without liquidation, will come into effect on September 30, 2015.
